This course explores the role of cybersecurity management in organizations, emphasizing policy development and enforcement. Participants will gain knowledge on creating, implementing, and maintaining effective cybersecurity policies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The course also covers the management of cybersecurity teams and collaboration with IT departments.
What You Will Learn
Develop basic cybersecurity policies for an organization. Understand regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001). Collaborate with IT and management teams to implement security policies. Evaluate the effectiveness of security policies and update them accordingly.
